Request deletion
- Email privacy@tideline.club from the address associated with your Tideline account. Use the subject “Data deletion request.”
- Identify the workspace or organization concerned and whether you want an account, workspace, connected account, or specific publishing data deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We may ask for limited information to verify your identity, authority, and the scope of the request.
- We will confirm completion or explain any lawful exception. Covered active-system data is removed or de-identified within 30 days after verification; encrypted backup copies rotate within 90 days.
Disconnect or revoke TikTok
In Tideline, open the connected-accounts area, choose the TikTok account, and select the disconnect or delete action. To revoke at TikTok as well, open TikTok settings and remove Tideline or the listed publishing integration from the apps/services with account access. Menu names can vary by TikTok app version.
Revocation prevents new API access. It does not delete content already published to TikTok. Delete published content in TikTok itself, subject to TikTok’s controls and policies.
What deletion covers
Depending on the request and your workspace permissions, deletion may cover Tideline profile and membership records, connected-account metadata, provider account identifiers, drafts, uploaded media, schedules, publishing records, and stored metrics. If deleting a shared workspace would affect other members, we may require administrator authorization or offer removal of your membership instead.
What may remain
Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial or legal obligations. Outstand, TikTok, and other platforms apply their own deletion and retention policies; we will send provider-side disconnection or deletion requests where supported and applicable.
