1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Tideline, you agree to these terms. If you use Tideline for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Tideline provides tools to organize connected social accounts, prepare media and text, schedule or publish content, and view status or performance information. Features may change and some depend on third-party eligibility, API availability, review, account type, or geographic restrictions.
3. Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control membership and connected accounts. You are responsible for confirming that users have appropriate authority to act for the accounts they connect.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tideline a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, format, transmit, and process it solely to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content and that it complies with applicable law and platform rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Tideline to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, evade platform controls, scrape or probe the service, interfere with its operation, publish deceptive or abusive material, or access data without authorization. You may not share or request passwords or platform tokens through support channels.
6. Third-party services
Social platforms, Supabase, Outstand, and other providers operate under their own terms. Connecting an account authorizes the transfers necessary to perform your request. Tideline does not control platform review, uptime, moderation, rate limits, post processing, or changes to third-party APIs. We do not claim endorsement or certification by TikTok or any other platform.
7. Publishing responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing destination accounts, content, privacy settings, schedules, and platform options before submission. Scheduled delivery is not guaranteed: network failures, provider outages, account restrictions, expired authorization, moderation, and other external events may delay or prevent publication.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tideline and request deletion. We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, address violations, comply with law, or respond to third-party restrictions. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will survive.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Tideline is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tideline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or publishing opportunities. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Tideline in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the Tideline operator and your use of the service, without limiting mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Disputes must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted process.
